How we handle your files and personal data.
We collect only the data necessary to deliver your order: name, email, phone (optional), the audio/video file you submit, and billing details.
Every transcriber signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before accessing your file.
Files are stored encrypted at rest on servers located in Germany. Access is restricted to the assigned transcriber and editor.
After delivery, files and transcripts are auto-deleted after 30 days unless you request earlier removal or extended retention.
We never share, sell, or pass your data to third parties. We only disclose data if compelled by a court order in your jurisdiction.
